ABOUT ME

Howdy! My name is Hope.

I am a mother to four, a wife, a business owner, a cancer survivor, a certified yoga instructor, a daughter, a sister, a home birther, and someone who has lived a lot of life to only be in my mid (late?) thirties. When I tell you I have done the work to navigate my own challenges, fears, anxieties, overstimulation, I mean it.

Please know that I am not perfect and I still am human and deal with all the feelings and realities in life; it is always a process. It’s something that I am just better at now because of the mindset shifts, because of the choices I make, because of my boundaries, and because my vulnerability.

I have such a multi-dimensional toolbox that I use to support myself and I adjust it to my different seasons of life. This is something I have naturally shared with my friends and acquaintances because I genuinely care about you. I may not know you yet, but I care and I am already rooting for you!

You are allowed to feel good, you are allowed to relish, you are allowed to feel peace, and you are allowed to be heard even if you can’t make sense of your own thoughts yet.
